What to include

The more of this you can give us, the faster the answer:

• Bug reports: the room URL, what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and the browser and device you were using. If the problem was in a live session, the approximate time it happened helps us find the request in the logs.
• Account and data requests: the email address the account is registered with, sent from that same address so we can confirm ownership. Registered users can also delete their account and all associated personal data themselves, from profile settings, without contacting us.
• Feature requests: what you are trying to do during estimation, not just the control you would like added. Knowing the workflow usually produces a better feature than the one originally asked for.
• Privacy questions and GDPR requests: the right you want to exercise (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or objection). See the Privacy Policy for what we hold and why.
